To use this system you must log in to
http://mystate.wvstateu.edu
Your LDAP ID: is your email username.
Your LDAP Passwd: Is your current email password.
A new menu item called Computer Services Service Requests has been added to the first page in
MyState.
Click on this link to begin a new service request.
The first time you use the system, you will need to enter your correct department, room and
phone number. You will only need to do this once.
Click on start a new request to begin.
On the first page you must choose the type of request you desire and then click submit request
type.
You can then fill out your selected request form and submit.
With the new system you can review progress on your request and even cancel a request if
needed.
